SONGSHAN is the first draft unit of “China national standard of BFA used as refractory (YB/T 102-2007)�
SONGSHAN has advanced equipments: 8 units of 4000-10000KVA furnaces for BFA fusion, 2 units of 4000KVA furnaces for High Titanium Slag fusion, 2 units of 2000KVA furnaces for B4C fusion, 8 large flexible crushing and sieving lines for grit production, and 1 complete processing line for high-end coated abrasives production.
Annual production capacity: 100,000MT of BFA, 3 million M2 of co***ct (grain) abrasive cloth (China national invention patent), 1300MT of B4C & B4C products, 500,000MT of Refractory Cement, 5000MT of High Titanium Slag, and 5 million M2 of high-end coated abrasive cloth.
